Over de werkgever

Schut Papier is a small but versatile paper producer of high-quality, uncoated paper. We are known for the high quality of our artist papers, colored and graphic paper types, the use of various fibers, and the custom solutions we offer. Our products are sold worldwide.

Since its founding in 1618, Schut Papier has been located at its current site on Kabeljauw in Heelsum (Gelderland). On a single paper machine with a range of 70 to 600 g/m2 and with 40 employees, all paper types are produced. There are hardly any limitations in terms of size, thickness, color, and surface. We can also apply various functional coatings with our in-line coater. The high quality of our products is ensured through continuous quality monitoring on the machine.

Schut Papier is part of the French group Exacompta Clairefontaine S.A. Within this group, we are one of four independently operating paper factories, but the only one located outside France.
